AGU Fall Meeting 2021 will be held from 13-17 December.

Our primary goal is to ensure a safe and productive meeting. We are actively watching advice on gathering and travel and working with local, national, and international advisory groups.
If conditions and advice change and warrant a reduced in-person event, or fully virtual event again, we will inform conveners and the AGU community as soon as possible.

AGU will not be providing free childcare on-site at #AGU21 in New Orleans. Due to COVID, we could not hire licensed and insured providers who would be able to manage our “Camp AGU.” We are hopeful that we will be able to add this back as an option in 2022 when we are in Chicago, IL for in-person attendees. As a reminder, only fully vaccinated people may attend #AGU21 in person in New Orleans. If you are not fully vaccinated (two weeks after the last required shot), please plan to attend online.

AGU welcomes those who assist others in need during the Fall Meeting. Caregivers are individuals who are at the meeting to assist with childcare or those with ADA needs. If you are not fully vaccinated (two weeks after the last required shot), please plan to attend online.

The housing portal is open for booking and will close 24 November.
