Worked on NASA Satellite Geodesy Programs since 1978, 40+ years of experience on science projects for reference frame development, sea level studies, instrument calibration and precise orbit determination. Investigator of various missions: LAGEOS as a PhD thesis topic, T/P, Jason-1/2, US-PI for the LARES and LARES-2 missions. ILRS Coordinator for Analysis and Modeling, member on the IERS Directing Board, ILRS Governing Board and Central Bureau.
