Professor, University of Calgary
Eric Donovan is a Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Calgary in Canada. In 1993, he was awarded his PhD, the thesis of which was on models of the magnetic field in the region of space around the Earth. Since the, Eric research has been focused on system level geospace dynamics. A cornerstone of his efforts has been the development of continent-scale auroral imaging systems and the use of the images to remote sense processes in the magnetosphere.
