I am originally from Connecticut and moved to Colorado as soon as I found out there were mountains there. I studied Environmental Science at the University of Denver. I spent time working on rivers and in the forests studying impacts and quickly grew a passion for water and sustainability. I am mostly interested in flood risk and post-fire flood risk hazard assessments from a geomorphic process stand point. I couple field work with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
