A nomination letter containing the nominator’s name, title, institution and contact information detailing how the nominee meets the selection criteria. It should include details about significant contributions to the research and careers of early-career scientists, and/or the development of research programs and infrastructure that benefit the scientific community. Letterhead is preferred.

The nominee’s curriculum vitae, that includes the candidate’s name, address, email, history of employment, degrees, research experience, honors, memberships and service to the community (committee work, advisory boards, etc.).

A selected bibliography stating the total number and types of publications and the number published by AGU.

At least one and up to three letters of support (separate from the nomination letter) with the supporter’s name, title, institution and contact information. Letters from individuals not currently or recently associated with the candidate’s institution of graduate education or employment are encouraged. Letterhead is preferred.
