Attending AGU’s Annual Meeting for the first time and want one-on-one help with your presentation?

The First-Time Presenter Feedback Program is a pilot for AGU members that offers feedback on meeting presentation drafts from experienced scientists. This review is focused on best practices for scientific communication in presenting your work; it will not address the underlying research. Participants must be submitting to an AGU Annual Meeting for the first time.

Participating in the program involves the following:

25 June – 30 July: Submit your AGU25 abstract.
25 June – 12 August: Fill out our easy form to participate in the pilot.
Early October: Participants are notified if they are in the pilot.
6 November: Participants must upload a presentation draft for review.
25 November: Participants receive feedback from reviewers.
8 December: Final presentations must be submitted for AGU25.
