A year-long virtual mentoring program where small groups of early career scientists connect monthly with senior scientists to advance their careers.
About the Program
Transitioning into the professional arena from a doctoral program or postdoc can be challenging. An initiative of the AGU College of Fellows, the network helps broaden opportunities for scientists starting their careers in the Earth and space sciences. This program goes beyond traditional mentoring by forming virtual networks of two senior and six early career scientists who meet monthly for one year.
Requirements and Eligibility
Small groups of senior and early career scientists meet monthly for a year. Both mentors and mentees can continue to participate in future cohorts if they wish.
