Wenbin Xu

Professor Wenbin Xu got his BSc and MSc degrees in geodesy from Central South University, followed by a PhD in Geophysics from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. After a few years at the University of California, Berkeley and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he joined the faculty of Central South University in 2019. His research focuses on using radar interferometry (InSAR) to study crustal deformation associated with a variety of geophysical and anthropogenic processes.
