Professor Yongqiang Zhang has 28 years' experience in hydrology and water resources. He is currently a Distinguished Professor in the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is Non-European Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences, Alexander von Hombolt Fellow, and the Biennial Medalist and Fellow of the Modelling and Simulation Society of Australia and New Zealand. He is the Editor in Chief of Hydrology and Water Resources, an Associate Editor of Water Resources Research and Journal of Hydrology.
