Jeff Dozier
Distinguished Professor Emeritus, University of California Santa Barbara
Jeff Dozier is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus in the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he taught from 1974 through 2018 after earning his PhD from the University of Michigan. He founded the Bren School and served as its first dean for six years. He is a Fellow of the AGU and the AAAS and a Distinguished Scientist in the Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 1990 to 1992, he was the senior project scientist for NASA/EOS.
