Cenlin He
Cenlin He is a scientist in the Research Applications Lab at NSF NCAR. Cenlin studies land-atmosphere interaction, land and Earth system modeling, AI/ML applications, weather/hydroclimate extremes, air pollution-hydroclimate interaction, agriculture-weather interaction, urban environment, snow hydrology, and subseasonal-to-seasonal prediction, with societal applications in water resource management, food security, urban resilience, and public health.
