Gifford Wong works at the IDA Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI) and brings experience and expertise in the areas of environment, energy, resource management, U.S.-China bilateral relations, and science communication. Before joining STPI, he served as a Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State (AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow) and as climate and environment adviser in the Office of Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (AGI Congressional Science Fellowship).
